Frank Reuter

Principal · Reuter Consulting

Frank Reuter leads Reuter Consulting and is responsible for market entry, programme build and mandate delivery. His background is in international health insurance, Severe Illness programmes and TPA operations. As Responsible Person he carries accountability across several European entities, and he also takes on interim management mandates at board level and advises on M&A transactions.

Katrin Reuter

Head of Business Administration

Katrin Reuter leads the project office and project management as well as commercial administration — contract and mandate management, billing and internal organisation. She is the central point of contact for clients and partners on all administrative and project-related matters.

Andreas Wünsch

Senior Business Analyst

Andreas Wünsch combines digital expertise with quantitative analysis. He is responsible for evaluating portfolio, market and distribution data, assessing business models and strategically developing digital propositions — from web presence and online distribution journeys through to client-facing applications.

Dr. Doug Stevens

A qualified medical doctor since 1985, Dr. Doug Stevens has spent more than 40 years in international health insurance and medical assistance. He leads the medical governance of our programmes. He also serves as Medical Director for air ambulance operators and holds a board seat at Management 4 Health.

Dr. Bashar al Hashash

Medical Director Middle East · Permanent External Partner

Dr. Bashar al Hashash served as Health Attaché of the State of Kuwait in the United Kingdom and in Frankfurt am Main, responsible for the care of Kuwaiti patients treated at European centres of excellence. Today he practises as a physician at a private hospital in Kuwait City, combining clinical practice with access to decision-making structures across the Gulf.

Alexandre Sharafi

CEE & EMERGING MARKETS · Permanent External Partner

Alexandre Sharafi brings over 30 years of experience at the intersection of insurance, finance and international business development. He has held senior executive positions at major European and American insurance groups, including GE Capital, Allianz SE, Genworth Financial and MunichRe Group, where he led product structuring, distribution strategy and market entry across France, the Benelux and South-East Asia. He is President of Darius Finance, an investment and strategic advisory firm based in Paris and Bucharest. Within Reuter Consulting, he leads business development for the Romanian market and beyond, with a specific focus on the Romanian market and distribution partnerships for severe illness and international health insurance products.
